Bio:Oliver was born in Salem, Massachusetts under a stable family. at a young age he was an adorer of Arts. He started painting, and drawing with his father when he was Twelve, and he began playing Bass Guitar when he was Ten. He was in a garage band, that played Punk/Alternative type music, in Salem. One of his bandmates, was a wrestling enthusiast, and soon enough Oliver got extremely deep in it.
After high school, he wrestled in Independent Promotions in Massachusetts. When he wasn't making enough money wrestling, he went to UMASS Boston, to study management. He graduated with a four year degree, and opened up a small wrestling promotion named Bizarre Wrestling Federation, or BizWF. Soon enough, he found his calling as a wrestling promoter, and creative mastermind.

Bio: Dominic has one younger brother named Noah Philips who has made a name for himself by managing IWF/Bizarre Wrestling Federation star Jack Savage but don't expect to see Noah show up in the Bizarre Wrestling Federation do to the history with his brother. Because back in the 50- 80's the father of Dominic and Noah owned a wrestling company and when he died in 1984 he gave the company to his to sons. The company was forced to close it's doors less then two years latter and Noah blames Dominic for the companies closer. But Dominic knew the truth that there father was short on money left them a company that was in total debt. The brothers have hated each other ever since. When walking around at Bizarre Wrestling events he is almost always seen with Bosaar Klimt.
